Term "Term Code in Source" "Term Effective Time" "Term Module" "Term Language Ref Set" "Is Preferred"
"Percutaneous closure of patent ductus arteriosus" 2974844015 "2014-01-31 00:00:00" "SNOMED CT core module (core metadata concept)" "Great Britain English language reference set (foundation metadata concept)" 1
"Percutaneous closure of patent ductus arteriosus" 2974844015 "2014-01-31 00:00:00" "SNOMED CT core module (core metadata concept)" "United States of America English language reference set (foundation metadata concept)" 1

But I see something wird. After the importing process I can see only 1 Terms with 2 values on the "erm Language Ref Set" attribute.

I'd like to have 2 terms with same Name but a different value in the "Term Code in Source" attribute. ¿Is it possible? ¿Do I have to do something special in the import spec file?

    Thanks in advance

To import two terms with the same name, you have to tell the Import Wizard how to disambiguate the terms. The easiest way to do this is to import the terms with a Code attribute (available in the Import Wizard attribute type dropdown). If the Code attribute is present in a specification, the Import Wizard uses this as a unique key rather than the name. I might suggest that you use the same input value for Code as you are using for "Term Code in Source" for simplicity.
